You need some program to extract the flv and then download it. I have Internet Download Manager which does the job. But even if you download the flv file. You need a program that can play these flv files.

Well you can if you have cusom firmware. There are many sites you can find just by using google. I googled free psp game downloads and used the 2nd one (sorry don't remember site).
