I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I'm very exhausted when I get home. I have school, and I come home and I have a pile of homework I have to finish. I start on it as soon as I get home, which is around 4:45, and by the time I'm done I have to shower & eat dinner and then after that it's too late to take a nap cause I'll have to sleep for the night soon! But when I get home I'm soooo exhausted but it's a choice between homework & napping and the homework has gotta be done if I want to pass because the academics at my school is demanding.
I read somewhere that sleep contributes to how muimportant of sleep during pregnancych the fetus grows and I worry sometimes because I'm unable to go to sleep until around 12 because after dinner I have a lot of things to do around the house, and I wake up at 5:15 in the morning to get to school. It's taking such a toll on my energy level and it's not going to change until January when I only have 2 classes a day. I have 6 right now.
Should I be choosing the nap and do my homework late at night? What do I do?!
mabey you should, take in turns leave your homework till the morring luch times or another day,and other days do your homework,
sleep is imporant to let the babimportant of sleep during pregnancyy grow and be heathy
It's not good to go without sleep even when you aren't pregnant, but sometimes, it has to be done. I have a 10 month old and am 7 months pregnant. Not only am I tossing and turning all night, but my baby wakes up many times throughout the night for his bottle. On top of that, both babies constantly kick me while I sleep, making everything a lot worse than it already is. Your baby will most likely be just fine - I really wouldn't worry about it. Just get some rest whenever you can.
