Seriously they are so damn lazy. Black unemployment is at 16.3% while white unemployment is only 8.7%. And you can't possibly tell me that's because of racists only hiring whites, that isn't true at all. In fact blacwhy black people are lazyk people get hired more often because you have to have a certain number of black employees or else your company is "racist". Why don't blacks go out and get jobs?
For that is YOUR perception..
honestly Iwhy black people are lazy don't want to get into the racism thing. but I believe that the people held responsible for their actions know the real truth.
