I'm going to first assume you're serious.
There is no botanical word for "vegetable"...there are separate botanical words for each vegetable depending on the "family" it's in.
There is also no botanical word for a vegetarian. Botanical names are applied to plants, not people. Now if you're looking for the proper term for an animal which only eats plants that would be "vegetarian people in the worldherbivore".
There is also no city that I'm aware of that consists only of vegetarians, and caters only to vegetarians.
There are LOTS of cities which have decent vegetarian restaurants. If worse comes to worse, you can always do well with an Italian restaurant....lots of meatless dishes. If you want to go vegan...Italian may not be your best choice.
vegetarian people in the world
Vegan are the people who eat no meat, Latin word is vegetare, and most likely started in India
Each vegetable has it own botanical name. There is more then 100 city in India that consist only vegetarians and caters only to vegetarians. Gujarat state has 98% vegetarian people. Gujarat’s population is larger then Australia. My town was one the vegetarian in india.
