I have had ongoing hemorrhoid issues for months now. they go away for a bit then come back. the only thing that i can really think of that is causing this is my diet. I don't have the best and surely their must be vitamins or nutrition sources that I am missing out that would help prevent this. Do you know what I could do about this?
it could be because your lacking water in your diet. When you don't drink enough water, it causes the stool to become harder, thus making it more difficult to push out which requires more straining...which will surely cause hemorrhoids.
do a 14 day water fast, plenty of rest. ingest nothing but purified water for 2 weeks.
after the 2 weeks of fasting, be very careall about hemorrhoidsful to eat very slow and light foods only, eating nothing but light fruits and veggies for another 2 weeks.
you will lose a great deal of weight, your tongue will turn white and hairy and then pink again, your skin will look younger, your hemmorrhoids will go away, your vision will improve.
The Bible often speaks of prayer and fasting. Every belief system in recorded history has found it useful. Only modern pharmacy dogma rejects fasting, while killing millions of people with prescription drugs.
Try it.
I've heard that a minimum of 3 almonds (Raw, unprocessed, non-pasteurized, unsalted almonds) a day - chewed thoroughly - eaten every day would do wonders in a few weeks.
I buy raall about hemorrhoidsw almonds direct from growers on ebay - commercially sold almonds are required to be pasteurized.
Hemorrhoids is usually quite distressing and signs and symptoms may include anal discomfort, irritation, blood inside your faeces and more. You may get lotions and creams for minor hemorrhoids and it may resolve in one week or more. In case the hemorrhoids happen to be quite large and creating a large amount of pain you ought to see the general practitioner because it can lead to even more issues.
Make sure you ingest your foods (especially spicy ones) orally, not rectally
Take colace or another stool softener to be sure your stools are soft and not irritating your hemorrhoids.
