i can do this songs vocals easy.
The highs that you are looking for are created by:
1. The creation of a "wall" instead of vibrating vocal folds with the lease amount of effort and "adduction" (means closure)
2. The proper amount of subglottal pressure sustaineaugust burns red youtubed behind that wall
3. The shape of the pharyngeal (throat) space which constricts the lower frequencies by the lifting of the larynx (again, with the least amount of effortO
4. The synchronization of all of the above. The synchronization occurs most effectively with imagery as is with all voca technique. The difficulty with a student that is most inclined toward "Death" screaming transitioning to Fry is because the imagery involved with Death screaming is more percussive and aggredsive, whereas "Fry" imagery has more of a "glide an sustain" modus operandi.

In the Zen of Screaming 2,august burns red youtube the C exercise in the section called "FRY" has proved effective. The challenges often occur because the student has skipped over the exercise regimen in the first DVD which touches on the basics regarding subglottal pressure and vocal fold closure. There is a another obstacle in that the student cannot help listening to themselves as they attempt to execute. This causes a "hold" on the breath as your body is in a state of "what next?" as opposed to a continued stream of sound (like chanting(

Hope this helps, and best of luck!
